Four Layered Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. instant pudding
    3 c. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, butter and pecans together like pie crust. Pat into 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Cream cream cheese with powdered sugar until fluffy, then fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust.
    Refrigerate 15 minutes.
    Mix instant pudding with milk as directed on package. Pour over cream cheese mixture, then spread a layer of Cool Whip over top before serving.
    Cut in squares and top with roasted pecans, if desired.
