Orange Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cake yeast
1/2 c. lukewarm water
3 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. orange juice
1 1/2 tsp. oil
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 1/4 c. unbleached white flour
1 Tbsp. soy flour
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water with honey.
Let stand 15 minutes.
Add orange juice and oil.
Pour liquid over mixture of blended dry ingredients.
Mix well.
Dough will be quite soft but add a little more flour, if needed.
Roll out on well floured surface.
Cut into biscuits and place on oiled baking sheet; let rise until double.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes.
Top with Orange Icing.
