Sweet And Sour Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bulk sausage
    1 1/4 c. catsup
    1/4 c. dark brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
Preparation
    Shape sausage into small balls, brown and drain off fat.
    Add catsup, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and 1/4 cup water.
    Simmer, covered, 10 minutes and stir.
    Add pineapple chunks, cover and simmer until heated through.
    Serve in a chafing dish.
