Chicken Cheesy Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts, stewed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 small onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick margarine
1 bag egg noodles
1/4 chicken broth from stewed chicken
Preparation

Stew and debone chicken.
In saucepan cook onion in margarine until tender.
Add soup and cubed Velveeta cheese.
Cook over medium-low heat until all cheese has melted and mixture becomes hot.
Stir often.
Add some leftover chicken broth to slightly thin cheese sauce.
Cook noodles according to package.
Combine chicken, noodles and sauce.
Mix well.
Kids love it!
