Deviled Crabmeat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh or canned crabmeat, flaked very fine
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 Tbsp. sherry
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. oil
4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine crabmeat, onion, sherry, parsley, egg yolk, salt, pepper and mustard; blend until well mixed.
Shape teaspoon of the mixture into balls.
Grease baking pan with oil.
Lightly roll crabmeat balls in the bread crumbs.
Arrange on baking pan.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 10 minutes or until browned.
Makes 32 appetizers. Each ball contains 10 calories.
