Delicious Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eye of roast (any size)
    cooking oil
    Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Wash roast and pat
    dry.
    Using your hands and/or paper towels, grease roast
    with
    cooking
    oil.
    Then sprinkle roast with Italian seasoning.
    Use your hands to pat seasoning so it will stick to roast.
    Bake
    uncovered
    in
    a foil-lined baking pan at 325\u00b0 for 45
    minutes per pound.
    Slice thinly to serve. Good hot or cold.
    Delicious for sandwiches.
