Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. flour
    1 lb. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    6 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    4 egg yolks (save egg whites for filling)
    2 lb. dry cottage cheese
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 egg yolks
    8 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1 large can milk
Preparation
    Mash cheese well.
    Add sugar and cream well.
    Add egg yolks, vanilla and flour.
    Add stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Fold in.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until knife comes out clean.
