Adobo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 broiler chicken
1 lb. pork
1 small can tomato sauce mixed well with 1 small bottle soy sauce
3 garlic cloves
Preparation

Place garlic in bottom of large heavy kettle (tight lid).
Put pork on top of garlic, then chicken.
Cover each piece of meat with sauce (no salt).
Cover and cook slowly for 1 hour.
Stir gently so sauce covers meat.
Serve over steamed rice.
