Seasoned Potato Spears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium Idaho potatoes
4 oz. melted butter
8 Tbsp. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
5 Tbsp. onion powder
3 Tbsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. each: ground savory, ground thyme and ground turmeric (didn't have)
Preparation

Measure seasonings into a large dry bowl; mix thoroughly. Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Slice potatoes (no need to peel) into 6 (1-inch) spears.
Place spears in single layer on pizza pan; baste with melted butter.
Sprinkle with seasoning mix lightly.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden.
(Seal seasoning mix and use on meats, salads and vegetables.)
