Salmon Loaf Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon, drained, boned and flaked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. horseradish sauce
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. grated onion
    2 drops red food coloring
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients together and form into a log shape. Chill 24 hours or freeze 1 hour.
    Roll chilled log in 3 tablespoons chopped parsley and 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
