Ritz Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    22 Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Add
    sugar
    to\tboiling
    water;
    bring to a boil again. Add remaining ingredients;
    boil for 3 minutes.
    Pour into an unbaked pie
    shell;
    top
    with butter and cinnamon.
    Top with another pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
