Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked rice
1 c. cooked chicken, cut up
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation

Mix all together and place in casserole overnight.
Take out of refrigerator 30 minutes before baking.
Bake for 40 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Take out, cover with crushed potato chips and slip back into oven for 5 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
Can use leftover turkey in place of chicken.
