5 Egg Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. milk
    1 can flaked coconut
Preparation
    Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Add extracts and mix well.
    Add flour and milk alternately, beating well after each addition.
    Stir in coconut.
    Spoon batter into a 10-inch greased tube pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
