Good Pie Crust Every Time - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. cold water
    2/3 c. shortening (yellow Crisco is good)
Preparation
    Blend flour and shortening well.
    Sprinkle with water.
    Stir with fork until mixture holds together.
    (Some brands of flour will require more water.)
    Do not overmix.
    Form into ball.
    Let rest 5 minutes before rolling.
