Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) jar cheese spread
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 c. rice
Preparation
    Brown celery and onion in margarine until tender.
    Add soups and cheese spread.
    Heat until warm on medium heat.
    At the same time, prepare broccoli (without salt) and rice according to package directions.
    Drain broccoli and rice.
    Add to the other ingredients; pour into a casserole.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
