Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 can cream chicken soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 medium onion
1 (1 lb.) bag hash brown squares
1 (1 lb.) bag Colby cheese, shredded
Preparation

Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add chicken soup and sour cream and onion (chopped fine).
Mix together and then add frozen potatoes.
Mix well again.
Top with cheese.
Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 1 hour.
