Chocolate Chip Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. salad oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
chocolate chips for top

Preparation

Cream oil, oleo and sugar; add eggs, vanilla and sour milk. Beat with mixer.
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add to mixture.
Blend well, then stir in zucchini. Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
