Favorite Salad-Caesar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    romaine (use only this)
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed in the olive oil
    1 tin anchovies
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 coddled eggs
    juice from 1 lemon
    toasted croutons
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a very large wooden salad bowl, pour olive oil.
    Crush cloves of fresh garlic with back of spoon in the olive oil.
    Mash anchovies with the garlic and oil, prepared mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Break coddled eggs (boil water; turn off and then set eggs in it for 1 minute.) into mixture in bowl and beat with whisk.
    Add juice from lemon and beat again.
    When ready to serve, throw in the romaine.
    Sprinkle toasted croutons and Parmesan cheese over the lettuce and toss well.
