Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    6 to 8 jalapeno chili peppers, chopped
    1 lb. can creamed corn
    2 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 large onion, minced
Preparation
    Mix meal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder together.
    In another bowl, beat eggs, milk and oil.
    Add to corn mixture and stir in peppers, corn, cheese and onions.
    Pour into 2 well oiled baking pans (9 x 11-inches) and bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until it tests done.
