Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3 to 4 ripe, mashed bananas
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, sift flour and add remaining ingredients.
Grease and flour or line with wax paper 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 until golden brown and tests done.
