Vegetable-Meat Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium pkg. frozen corn
    1 medium pkg. frozen carrots
    4 potatoes, cut up
    1 medium pkg. frozen peas
    2 large cans herb tomato sauce
Preparation
    Fry meat and salt and pepper to taste.
    Drain grease.
    Put meat and all vegetables in a layer in a cooking pot.
    Pour herb tomato sauce in and then fill with water.
    Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
    Cook on low heat.
    Feeds many people and stores easily.
