Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 5 lb.) boneless, lean beef roast
    1 can beer or water
    1 small jar pepperoncini peppers, chopped with juice
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 tsp. oregano
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a electric skillet.
    Cook on low all day or until tender (at least 2 hours).
