Fettucine Alfredo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. fettucine
    1 stick unsalted butter
    1/4 to 1/2 c. Locatelli cheese
    4 to 5 tsp. heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt butter and bubble cheese in large frying pan.
    Add 4 to 5 teaspoons heavy cream and fresh pepper.
    Drain fettucine, dump in and coat quickly.
    Add more cream if it appears dry.
    Heap on platter and top with grated cheese.
