Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

    8 chicken thighs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. oil
    20 oz. can sliced pineapple
    water
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1 green pepper in 1/4-inch slices
