Shoepeg Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. apple cider vinegar
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (10 oz.) can Shoepeg corn
    1 small can peas
    1 small can French green beans
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 bunches green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil.
    Cool.
    Mix last 7 ingredients and drain well.
    Combine and refrigerate.
