Guacamole Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large avocados
1 clove garlic
1 lime (do not use lemon)
1 small tomato
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation

Peel and thinly slice garlic into bowl.
Add salt.
Mash these together and add the juice of the lime.
Carefully peel and chop the avocados.
Save 1 or 2 of the seeds.
Mix avocados into the lime and garlic mixture.
May use potato masher, but do not make \"mashy.\"
Mix in the sour cream.
Finely dice the tomato and add to the mixture.
To prevent salad from becoming dark, put 1 or 2 seeds into salad as you let it chill.
Serve with tortilla chips.
