Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. venison, trimmed and sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. steak sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. regular salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except meat, together.
    Pour sauce over meat and let sit in refrigerator for a day or two.
    Place meat on cookie sheet in oven at 140\u00b0 for about 4 hours or until dry.
