Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, cut in pieces
    1 white onion
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (made with skim milk)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 head cauliflower, cut in pieces
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1 c. plain yogurt
Preparation
    Mix sour cream and yogurt.
    Pour over vegetables and cheese. Do not stir.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Stir once before serving.
