Chicken Oriental Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 medium onion
    1 can water chestnuts
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Boil chicken; cut in pieces.
    Mix soup and mayonnaise with chicken.
    Add rest of the ingredients, but only half of the potato chips.
    Blend well.
    Pour into buttered casserole dish; sprinkle with remaining potato chips.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Good served with rice.
