Creamy Fruit And Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 c. each: cooked white rice and miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. halved maraschino cherries
    mint sprigs
    a few chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except mint, in a large bowl.
    Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    Mint sprig is just for decoration.
