Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 slices stale white bread (3 to 4 days old)
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 large can Pet milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 stick oleo, melted
pinch of salt
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Crumble bread in a large bowl. Add Pet milk. Empty can, then fill with water and add this to bread. Add sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla and pineapple. Blend well and add to casserole dish that has heated and melted oleo. Cook in a 375\u00b0 oven until thick and pudding is slightly brown around edges and on top.
