Braunschweiger Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. braunschweiger
2 Tbsp. chopped olives
4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 or 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Blend together everything except cream cheese and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
Shape ball and frost with cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Can put chopped parsley on top.
Refrigerate covered with foil or Saran Wrap.
Serve with crackers.
