Oven Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cube butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. mushrooms or water chestnuts
    5 tsp. granulated chicken bouillon
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery, green pepper and mushrooms or water chestnuts in butter.
    Combine and bring almost to a boil the bouillon and water.
    Combine vegetables and broth; pour over uncooked rice in casserole.
    Submerge rice completely.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Stir occasionally.
    Add broth during baking if necessary.
