Ricotta Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3 eggs
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed on box, then spread on bottom of 10 x 13 1/2 x 2-inch pan, greased.
Blend together all ingredients, then pour over top of cake mixture; spread around. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes to 1 hour.
