Susie'S Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. butter flavored Crisco
3/4 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 c. sugar

Preparation

Make a mound of flour and pour a small amount of mixture on the flour.
Work until the mixture and flour have a consistency of cookie dough.
Pat out and cut cookies.
Repeat until you have used all the mixture.
Add flour as needed.
Bake for 9 to 10 minutes until done at 375\u00b0.
