Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 3/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 medium potatoes, sliced
Preparation

Microwave butter in 2-quart casserole on High until melted. Stir in flour, chives, salt, dry mustard and pepper.
Blend in milk.
Microwave on High 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened, stirring every other minute.
Mix in potatoes. Cover.
Microwave on High 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring 2 or 3 times.
