Turkey Orzo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive oil
    10 oz. ground turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    pinch of cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. canned, crushed tomatoes
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    6 oz. orzo pasta
    1 1/2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    parsley for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet; crumble turkey about 5 minutes.
    Stir in onion, garlic, thyme, pepper, oregano and cinnamon.
    Saute until onion is softened.
    Stir in tomatoes and tomato sauce; bring to boil.
    Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Cook orzo in water al dente (according to package directions); drain. Stir orzo into turkey mixture and heat through.
    Top with cheese; cover and cook just until cheese is softened.
    Garnish with parsley, if desired.
    Serves 4.
