Tamale Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crumbled cornbread
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (10 oz.) can mild enchilada sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine cornbread, 1/2 cup enchilada sauce and salt.
    Add beef.
    Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Place in shallow pan. Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
    Drain.
