Zucchini Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    oil (enough to coat pan)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. oregano (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spread in oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
