Pork And Beans Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. boiling water
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pork and beans
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Put raisins in boiling water and set aside.
    Beat eggs, oil, sugar and beans until broken.
    Mix in remaining ingredients.
    Fold in raisin mixture; divide batter into 3 (1 pound) greased bread loaf pans and bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
