Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes Dream Whip
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 large angel food cake
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 box coconut
    maraschino cherries (optional)
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in cold water.
    Add to boiling water and stir well.
    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple including juice.
    Whip 3 envelopes of Dream Whip according to directions.
    Fold into gelatin mixture.
    Line a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with wax paper.
    Cut cake into small pieces.
    Place alternate layers of cake and gelatin mix into a pan until all is used.
    Chill overnight.
