Manhattan Deli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. spiral pasta
    1 c. sliced ripe black olives
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pepperoni or 1/4 lb. hard salami, cut into thin strips
    1 small red onion, chopped
    1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley (optional)
    1 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions.
    In large bowl, combine olives, green pepper, pepperoni, cheese, parsley and dressing.
    Add pasta and toss well.
    Serve at room temperature or chilled.
