Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Milnot
dash of vanilla
1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar and salt until lemon colored.
Add melted butter, flour, Milnot, vanilla and 1 cup coconut.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup coconut on top.
Cook as custard pie.
Bake in pie shell until done at 375\u00b0.
