Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    margarine to grease pan or use roast beef drippings
Preparation
    You should start by heating the oven to 450\u00b0.
    Pour beef drippings or margarine to grease bottom and sides of a 9-inch square or round pan.
    Place pan in oven to heat about 2 minutes. In small bowl, beat eggs slightly.
    You should add remaining ingredients and beat until blended (do not overbeat).
    Place bowl in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
    Take out and reheat.
    You then pour batter into hot pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 15 minutes to golden brown. Best when served hot with warm gravy on top.
