Microwave Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. bran
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Melt butter in microwave-safe dish.
    Beat sugar, vanilla, peanut butter and eggs.
    Combine flour, bran, oats and baking soda.
    Stir into butter mixture.
    Press half of dough into an 8 x 8-inch microsafe dish.
    Shield corners of dish with foil to prevent overcooking.
    Microwave at High power for 4 to 5 minutes, turning a quarter turn 3 times during baking.
    Cool before cutting.
    Repeat with second batch of dough.
    To bake in oven, prepare the same and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
