Bierock Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small diced onion
1 small head cabbage, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans crescent rolls
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown ground beef and add onion; drain.
Add cabbage and soup and steam.
Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan with one can of crescent rolls.
Top rolls with hamburger mixture.
Top with cheese.
Place second can of crescent rolls on top and pinch together.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
May be frozen.
