Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted margarine
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Pour mixture over crust.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and continue baking for 1 hour.
Loosen cake from rim, but cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
Top with cherries, blueberries, etc.
