Calzone - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. grated Parmesan
4 oz. Ricotta cheese
4 oz. chopped ham
1/3 c. chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 recipe pizza dough (canned or homemade)
olive oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except dough and oil.
Roll dough into 14-inch circle.
Add filling to 1/2 of the dough, leaving about 1 1/2-inches around outer edge.
Moisten edge with water and fold dough over to make edges meet.
Roll edge slightly to seal.
Brush entire surface with oil lightly.
Reduce oven to 375\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Pour warmed pizza sauce before serving.
