Venison Salami - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground venison or cheap hamburg
    5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    5 tsp. table salt
    2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix like bread dough, kneading thoroughly.
    Repeat after refrigerating 24 hours.
    Shape into 4 loaves and bake 7 to 9 hours at 150\u00b0.
