Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 egg yolk, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. soda
    3/4 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix together to make crumbs the flour, brown sugar, shortening and salt.
    Make liquid part with molasses, egg yolk, soda and boiling water.
    Put the liquid into a 10-inch unbaked pie crust. Top with the crumbs.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until crumbs fill the pie pan, about 35 to 40 minutes.
